Leadership

We have been married for over 25 years!  We both encountered Jesus in a special way during High School and sensed a deep desire to give our lives to serve Him.  Since then, we have had 4 amazing children, and added a daughter-in-law and a grandson.  
We have been the lead pastors at Living Water since 2014.  Our passion is discipleship.  We love to see people come alive, find healing and embrace God’s vision for their lives.  Living Water is not only the church we get to pastor, it is also the place where we have built deep community and continue to grow as followers of Jesus.  We find joy in leading the church, however, we also love being a part of the church!
Over the years we have had many meaningful opportunities to serve our Foursquare community of churches.  Fawn serves as a Foursquare Regional Pastor, helping to encourage and coach 60+ pastors in the region.  Jon serves on the Board of Trustees for Life Pacific University (his alma mater).  It’s a great joy for us to serve other leaders who are serving Jesus’ church.
There are over 179,944 people in Thurston County who have no faith connection.  We believe that making disciples who make disciples and living in the 5 Rythms of discipleship will create an irresistible culture of people advancing the mission of God.  That is why we are here.
