Jan is an ordained minister of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. She is a gifted and popular writer and international conference speaker. Her teaching style enables her to illuminate biblical concepts making them understandable and practical. God uses her compassion and warm sense of humor to bring a message of hope, healing, and triumph.

Formerly Jan shared the responsibility of Leadership Development Coordinator for Foursquare Women International. She is committed to build confidence and mobilize Christian leaders and speakers. She believes God has a plan and an anointing for every leader that goes beyond their ability to see themselves. Jan and her husband, Burt, have been in pastoral ministry for over 35 years. They currently senior pastor Church of Living Water in Olympia, Washington. They enjoy speaking together at marriage retreats and conferences. They like to spend time with their three daughters, three sons-in-law, and five grandchildren.
